Details
Three bands. Light, medium, heavy.
Most people buy one band, outgrow it in a month, and buy again. This set skips that. Start on light while you learn the movement, move to medium once ten reps stop being hard, and keep heavy for the days you want your glutes to actually feel it the next morning.
Fabric, because latex rolls
Thin rubber bands ride up the thigh mid-set. You end up stopping every few reps to pull them back down, which is the reason most of them end up in a drawer. These are woven fabric with a grippy inner face — they stay where you put them, whether that's above the knee or around the ankles.
What to do with them
Above the knee: hip thrusts, glute bridges, squats, lateral walks, seated abductions. Around the ankles: kickbacks, monster walks, standing abductions. They work as a warm-up before heavy lower-body sessions and as the whole session on a deload week.
What you get
Three bands — light, medium and heavy — plus a drawstring carry bag. Under 200g the lot, so it lives in a gym bag or a suitcase without a thought.
Sizing and care
[Insert your band dimensions and resistance ranges.] Machine washable on cold, air dry. Don't tumble dry. Contains latex under the fabric layer.
How to use it
Loop over a pull-up bar and step in for assisted pull-ups. Anchor under both feet for presses and rows. Sit it above the knees for glute activation. Double it over for more tension without changing bands.
Care and lifespan
Keep bands out of direct sun and away from heat. Wipe down after use and store flat, not stretched. Do not drag latex over concrete, gravel or rough turf. Check for nicks before every session and retire a band once the surface breaks. Contains natural latex.
Shipping and returns
Orders placed before 12:00 ship the same day. Courier delivery is 1–3 business days to main centres. Unused items can be returned within 30 days.
